We also work closely with local school and colleagues, providing support in career opportunities, Interview skills, and getting them ready for the world of work. It also support the local community and informing them of local opportunities. We are currently working with Pembrokeshire colleague looking at bringing in an apprentice opportunity in the engineering department. Working with the local community is very important to us as a business as it allows the local people to seek employment in an area where’s there little or no opportunities. I have attached a presentation that was used in a site visit to Gellu Aur.
Community engagement – Charity events and community fundraising events we also sponsor local football teams.
Our 2020 Charity was Ty Hafan.
We got our staff to take park in many activities such as pumpkin decoration and Christmas cake and jumper day.
In total we raised £2,395.83
